# Web AR - Common issues

This article will detail common issues with Web AR.

### Supported devices & browsers

We use AR Quick Look (iOS) and Scene Viewer (Android) as our AR Viewers. Both of these viewer are supported in most devices and browsers.

### Product not displayed in AR

When the AR Viewer opens, but product is not visible when loaded to AR, check the product position and size. 

This can easily be done with **Axis** and **3D dimension** features.
